Therapy-Based Polygraph Examinations

Polygraph examinations are conducted by utilizing a computerized polygraph instrument and administered employing a standard validated APA protocol and best practices approved for post-conviction sex offender testing, (PCSOT).

The purpose of the PCSOT examination types is to use the polygraph to verify the client’s honesty when talking through different aspects of their behavior.

Polygraph examination results shall only be used in conjunction with supervisory and/or therapeutic professionals who interact with clients that have exhibited inappropriate or criminal sexual behaviors.

The polygraph related information shall only be used in conjunction with other available information when making any decision pertaining to a client.

Our examiners have also provided polygraph examinations for clients with sexual addictions that have no criminal sexual history.
