An examination time will be reserved specifically for you; therefore, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required in order to schedule an examination with one of our polygraph examiners.

This deposit will be credited toward the examination fee the day of the visit, but will be forfeited if the visit was canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled time.
